Summer Spectacular Hollywood Bowl - Limited Release Giclee Print
$75.00 USD
The Beach Boys played the Hollywood Bowl for the first time in 1963. The band performed alongside other surf rock acts such as Jan and Dean and Duane Eddy. On July 3rd, the group returned to the Hollywood Bowl for a series of concerts to commemorate their five decades at the venue. This limited edition giclée was taken at the July 3rd 1965 Summer Spectacular Concert, where The Beach Boys headlined. The print was captured by Julian Wasser for Life Magazine. It represents the group's first hometown performance in nearly a year, after other acts such as The Byrds, The Kinks, Sonny & Cher, and The Righteous Brothers. This 11x17 giclee is printed on 245gsm archival paper and stamped with the official stamp of The Beach Boys and hand numbered in a limited edition of 100 prints.
